Liz mclarnon

We've just heard Lil will be performing at BBC Radio Merseyside's celebration of 40 Years of Music and Laughter at the Liverpool Empire on 26th November. There are currently very good tickets available, so get yours now! We'll bring more details about Lil's involvement in the show when we have them.Liz will also be attending the Youth Music Song for Peace event on the 21st September (see events), and last Sunday she was at the Shoreditch Shoestrig Festival, from which there a few photos in the gallery!
We caught up with Lil yesterday at the Wiltshire Crimestoppers Fun Day at the beautiful Bowood House, Wiltshire, where she performed an 8-track 30 minute set to an enthusiastic and supportive crowd.First off Liz performed her fantastic brand new song (we'll confirm the title, but think it's Watch This Girl!), which she followed with a mixture of solo and Kitten tunes including Tide Is High, Woman In Love, (Don't It Make You) Happy, Had Enough, You Are, Boys, and Whole Again. We've plenty of photos of Lil (not to mention her 'boys' Lee and Joe!) which are online now (look under Solo Lilleee)... and there may even be a video treat in store soon!Backstage and even on stage Lil gave a few hints as to what might be coming soon, and whilst we can't reveal anything just yet, keep yours eyes peeled for news on significant events around November and the New Year that you won't want to miss!
09 more images after the break...
